Your own washing machine, a kitchen with cookware and a dining table make a longer trip more comfortable. Unpack properly instead of living out of a suitcase.
We calculate terms for your dates and length of stay. Monthly rates, payment schedules and deposit amounts are agreed individually. Extend your stay in the same apartment if it is available.

A refundable security deposit is required. The amount and terms are agreed for your booking. It is returned after check-out and inspection, provided there is no damage and the agreed house rules have been followed.
Cancel more than 24 hours before check-in and your deposit is refunded in full. For later cancellations, the deposit is not refunded.

Location
Our apartments are in four locations in upper Almaty. In normal traffic, the centre is usually a 10–15 minute drive and the mountains around 20–30 minutes away. Journey times depend on traffic.
Our apartments are in modern residential complexes. The team explains each location and offers apartments available for your dates. We send your exact address, arrival instructions and access code on your check-in day after your booking is confirmed.
